UNO Melbourne is SP Setia’s 65-storey, 210-metre tower at 111-125 A’Beckett Street — 635 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the CBD’s north-west corner, between Flagstaff Gardens and Carlton Gardens, wrapped in a sculptural golden-glass facade by Elenberg Fraser. NOORI supplied and installed the original window furnishings programme for SP Setia at handover, and continues to fit individual apartments for residents as they move in — roller blinds, sheer layers and drapery tuned for skyline living, full-height glass and the changing light of the two parks below.
