Mannix College — Residential Wing Refurbishment

Mannix College has housed Monash Clayton students since 1969 — and over the summer of 2025–26, more than 290 of those original residential rooms got their first comprehensive renewal. Project-managed by SEMZ with Harris HMC as head contractor and interiors by LAW Architecture, the seven-week program refreshed lighting, acoustics, finishes and connectivity across the East and West wings. NOORI supplied and installed 326 cord-operated curtains on S20 tracks at 100% fullness, calibrated by wing for sleep, study and morning light. A college that feels lived-in. Shaded by NOORI.
