VSBA New Schools — Gisborne, Wollert & Kalkallo

NOORI supplied and installed the window furnishings across three of the five primary schools in the Victorian School Building Authority’s 2022 New Schools Bundle A — Gisborne South Primary School, Wollert East Primary School (a Supported Inclusion School) and Kalkallo Common Primary School. Each campus shares a common kit of parts — administration and library, art/food/science learning spaces, a performing-arts and PE building, two learning neighbourhoods, outdoor hardcourts and sports fields — designed by Law Architects in collaboration with Thomson Adsett and built by ADCO Constructions for the Victorian School Building Authority. We worked the specification through with the design and construction teams — screen and blockout blinds chosen space by space for duty cycle, light control and the daily reality of hundreds of kids moving through the buildings.
