Carousel — Albert Park

Carousel is one of Melbourne’s signature lakeside event venues — perched on Albert Park Lake with the city skyline as a backdrop, operated by Food & Desire and refit by Arete (Kane Constructions’ fitout arm) for events up to 1,000 guests. NOORI supplied and installed the venue’s projector and event curtains during the transformation, plus the heavy curtain dividers that turn the room into multiple separate spaces for back-to-back functions, and remains the venue’s go-to for service, take-downs and replacement parts — keeping a busy hospitality space ready for the next wedding, gala or product launch.
