Scape Leicester is Scape Australia’s 15-storey, 296-residence student building at 130 Leicester Street, Carlton — designed by BayleyWard and built by Kapitol Group for the leading purpose-built student accommodation operator. The building was the first PBSA in Australia to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Design and As Built rating, and combines studio and two-bedroom apartments with a rooftop retreat, gym, gaming lounge, terraces and ground-floor retail.
