Windsor Park — Windsor

Windsor Park is Sinclair Brook and Wilbow Group’s boutique 33-apartment development on McIlwrick Street, Windsor — designed by Jackson Clements Burrows, with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, gardens by Eckersley Garden Architecture, and built by Ironside Construction. NOORI worked Windsor Park from both sides — first with the developer to set the building-wide specification, then with each individual purchaser to make sure they got exactly the home they wanted inside. The deal: customise away on the inside, but every street-facing window stays on spec, so the façade reads as one consistent building. Sheer curtains, motorised roller blinds in the living spaces, manual roller blinds in the bedrooms — a quiet, considered envelope behind one of Melbourne’s most considered apartment buildings.
