Adairs — One Middle Road Head Office

One Middle Road is Chadstone’s new mixed-use tower, and Adairs Retail Group took two full floors of it for their new head office and creative studio. SHAPE Australia delivered the fitout — 5,100 square metres of open-plan workspace, private offices, a feature-stone breakout kitchen and an internal stair stitching the two levels together, alongside a purpose-built creative studio with a cyclorama wall, lighting rig and steel mezzanine. NOORI worked across both scopes — large suspended curtains for the studio’s photography zone, and blockout roller blinds along the office perimeter to take glare out of the workday. Shaded by NOORI.
